Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Worldwide. We are located in Slovenia, Europe and all parcels are shipping from here. 
We ship to European Union with GLS Delivery. Outside of European Union, we ship with Post of Slovenia Priority Registered Letter.
All parcels are trackable

 

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee depends on your location. We also offer FREE shipping in European Union.

Zone 1: €6,00 FREE shipping over €100
Austria (2 days), Germany (2-4 days), Slovakia (2 days)

Zone 2:  €7.50 FREE shipping over €120
Belgium (3-4 days), Bulgaria (3 days), Croatia (2-5 days), Czech Republic (3-4 days), Denmark (3-4 days),  Lithuania (5 days), Netherlands (3-4 days)

Zone 3: €8,00 FREE shipping over €130
Hungary (2 days), Latvia (4-5 days), Luxemburg (3-4 days), Poland (3 days),  Romania (2-4 days)

Zone 4: €9,50 FREE shipping over €140

What are the payment methods?

Bank Card - Barion (free)

Bank Card payment is safe and comfortable. Barion Payment Inc. is a third-party payment provider, an Electronic Money issuer, licensed by the Central Bank of Hungary (license ID: H-EN-I-1064/2013) based on the Electronic Money EU Directive (2009/110/EC).  After you hit the order button, you will be directed to the platform of Barion. In Barion’s system, you can make a one-time payment without registering an account, by providing your card number, its expiration date, CVC code, and a valid email address. You can register an account for faster payments in the future. In case the transaction is successful, you will receive a notification email that the status of your order has been changed to "paid'.
The following cards are accepted: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express.

PayPal (3,5 %)

You can pay via PayPal. After you hit the order button, you will be directed to the platform of PayPal. In case the transaction is successful, you will receive a notification email that the status of your order has been changed to "paid'. Bank transfer (free)

It is possible to transfer your purchase manually through your personal bank account from European Union. When the payment is received we will send you a notification email that the status of your order has been changed to “paid’. You can transfer your total purchase amount here in Euro:

Please make sure you mention your order number. The payment is expected to be received within 1-2 business days, depending on location.

 

When will I receive my order?

After we receive your order and payment, we will process your order in 1-3 business days. We handle your parcel to the courier as fast as possible. At that point, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Shipping time depends on your location. Can I combine multiple orders so they ship together?

Yes, you can combine and ship two or more orders to the same address. Multiple orders can be combined into the same parcel. This helps to reduce the number of parcels sent to you, so you have less packaging and shipping fees. How does it work?

  1. Place your order and choose and pay delivery.
  2. ​Leave a note at checkout that we should keep your order on hold because you plan to order more later.
  3. Place your next order and choose “Combine with my previous order”.
  4. Leave a note at checkout if we can ship your order or you still want them to keep on hold. If you don't give any instructions we will automatically process and ship your order.

This option is only available if the shipping fee is paid previously. If you do not have any orders in our system you will be charged with the shipping fee. This will slow down the order process. 

Any excess shipping fee can be refunded as a Pink and Paper gift certificate that you need to request via email. No cash refunds will be given for the combined posting of orders.
