This page contains Pink and Paper terms and conditions. We recommend reading this before placing your order. If you purchase from us, it means that you have fully agreed upon these terms and conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and shipments between Flóra Mónika Farkas s.p., Nova Vas 22, 4205 Preddvor Tax number: 12616958, (Pink and Paper) and its customers for the online store of www.pinkandpaper.eu, www.pinkandpaper.si and www.pinkandpaper.hu.

 

Information Accessibility

  • Pink and Paper undertakes to always provide the buyer the following information: Company identity (company name and registered office, registry no.).
  • ​Contact data facilitating quick and efficient communication (e-mail, phone).
  • Terms of item or service delivery (method, place and deadline).
  • Payment and delivery methods.
  • All prices are presented clearly and unambiguously, with a clear indication of inclusion or exclusion of possible taxes and shipping costs.

Registration

Pink and Paper online store is intended exclusively for sale to end consumers. No registration is required to purchase on the Pink and Paper website. Unregistered users can make a purchase, but before completing the purchase, they must enter some key information which is necessary for the successful execution of payment and delivery. By registering, customers create their own user account, which allows them easier and faster later purchases, as well as a practical overview of previous orders. The user name and password unambiguously identify and associate the user with the data entered

 

Product Pricing

All prices at www.pinkandpaper.eu and www.pinkandpaper.si are quoted in Euro or HUF on subdomain www.pinkandpaper.hu and considered valid on the day of purchase or order confirmation. All prices are VAT inclusive. Prices do not include shipping costs and payment fee, these are charged separately. 

We reserve the right to make an error in publishing the price. In case of incorrect publication of the price, or in case the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, Pink and Paper allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

 

Payment Methods

Pink and Paper offers the following payment methods:

  • Bank card payment through Barion. Barion Payment Inc. is a third-party payment provider, an Electronic Money issuer, licensed by the Central Bank of Hungary (license ID: H-EN-I-1064/2013) based on the Electronic Money EU Directive (2009/110/EC).
  • PayPal (3.5 % fee)
  • COD = Cash on Delivery (1 € fee). Cash on Delivery is only available in Slovenia and Hungary. 
  • Direct transfer to Flóra Mónika Farkas s.p. bank account. This option is only available in European Union. The amount of the invoice must be transferred to the bank account in 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation. Until then, the order is reserved. If the payment is not settled within 7 days, the order will be canceled. Please note that the money transfer takes about 2-4 working days (depending on the bank). We will send you a reminder before the deadline.

Subscription

For "Kit Club + Online Workshop Membership" product, available at the following links (https://www.pinkandpaper.eu/kit-club-membership) and Online Workshop Membership (https://www.pinkandpaper.eu/online-workshop-membership), Pink and Paper exclusively offer subscription-based payment, which can be canceled by either party at any time. Payment during the subscription is processed through the Barion Payment Zrt. system (https://www.barion.com/), therefor Barion Payment Zrt. will appear on the account statements. In the absence of cancellation, the subscription to the service continues, granting the Customer access to the product until Pink and Paper deducts the amount from the Customer's card and forwards it to Pink and Paper. Access to the product ceases in the absence of payment or upon cancellation.
Both the Pink and Paper and the Customer have the unlimited right to cancel the service. In case of cancellation, access to the product terminates on the renewal day of the subscription, which is the day of the month following the payment/subscription start date by 30 days or the renewal day of the subscription.


Cancellation of the subscription can be executed by the user/subscriber in two ways:

  • By logging into the Pink and Paper online store, click on the Subscription Cancellation in the account menu.
  • By sending an email to info@pinkandpaper.hu with a cancellation request, including the subscriber's name, email address, and order number for quick identification. Upon successful cancellation as described above, the subscription concludes with permanent termination, and the Subscriber loses access to the service. Pink and Paper is not entitled to charge the Subscriber's credit card any longer.

The termination of the subscription, in the absence of cancellation, occurs when Pink and Paper is unable to charge the Subscriber's credit card with the current monthly fee. In such cases, the system makes repeated attempts, with the exact number of attempts varying. If the charge is unsuccessful, the subscription will be terminated.

If a bank charge occurs after the final termination, due to technological system errors or despite Pink and Paper's best intentions and carefulness, Pink and Paper undertakes to refund the entire amount within 30 days and permanently terminates access to the service as a subscription.

 

Ordering and Conclusion of Distance Contracts

Pink and Paper does not undertake that all items displayed on the website are in stock.

The presentation of the products in the online store serves as an illustration of the offer and does not constitute binding offers for purchase. The buyer submits a binding offer for the conclusion of the purchase contract by completing the order process by clicking on the "CONFIRM" button in the last step of the purchase process "Review and confirmation".  

The customer then receives an automatic order confirmation via email. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the order. The contract with Pink and Paper enters into force only when Pink and Paper sends the ordered product to the customer and the shipment is confirmed to the customer by email.   

Orders are stored in the customer's account in case he has registered, where he can monitor the stage of dispatch of the order. If the ordered products cannot be shipped by the seller within the promised time, he informs the buyer by email. In this case, the customer can withdraw from the contract or choose another product.

Combined Orders

You can combine and ship two or more orders to the same address. Multiple orders can be combined into the same parcel. This helps to reduce the number of parcels sent to you, so you have fewer packaging and shipping fees. 

1. Place your order and choose and pay for delivery.
2. ​Leave a note at checkout that we should keep your order on hold because you plan to order more later.
3. Place your next order and choose “Combine with my previous order”.
4. Leave a note at checkout if we can ship your order or if you still want them to be kept on hold. If you don't give any instructions we will automatically process and ship your order.


This option is only available if the shipping fee is paid previously. If you do not have any orders in our system you will be charged with the shipping fee. This will slow down the order process. 

Any excess shipping fee can be refunded as a Pink and Paper gift certificate that you need to request via email. No cash, or bank transfer refunds will be given for the combined posting of orders.

Invoice

The invoice is concluded in the Slovenian language. Upon receipt of the products, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the purchased products. A copy of the invoice will be kept at Flóra Mónika Farkas s.p. - Pink and Paper and can be received upon written request. 
The customer receives an invoice for the ordered items together with the order in the package. The invoice includes a detailed itemized list of prices and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and notify the seller of any errors within 8 days of receipt.  Possible complaints regarding the correctness of issued invoices will not be accepted at a later date.
Viewing orders is possible in the customer's user profile on the Pink and Paper website.

 

Delivery

Pink and Paper process orders in 1-3 business days after receiving the order or after payment has been received. Processing time may be extended during certain promotions (such as Black Friday or Summer sale). Process and Delivery times may increase in case the customer fails to answer our phone call or email or in case of incorrect shipping data. 

Shipping costs are calculated when purchasing in Pink and Paper online store. Delivery time can be various depending on the final location. 

If all ordered products are not in stock, Pink and Paper has the right to make partial deliveries at its own expense, if the customer agrees.

If Pink and Paper is unable to deliver the ordered product because it does not obtain it from its supplier through no fault of its own, Pink and Paper may withdraw from the contract. In this case, Pink and Paper is obliged to immediately inform the customer and offer him a similar product. In the event that a similar product is not available or the customer does not want this product, Pink and Paper will immediately refund payment for products already paid for without consideration.

If the received products are damaged due to transport, Pink and Paper must be notified immediately. Pink and Paper thus has the option of claiming damages with the carrier or the transport insurance company.

 

Right to withdraw from the agreement, product returns, and exchange

The consumer has the right to notify the company of his or her withdrawal from the agreement without grounds in 14 days. The 14-day deadline starts the next day following the placement of an online order. This applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire an item for purposes outside their gainful activity. Please send your notice of withdrawal from the Consumer agreement to the following e-mail: info@pinkandpaper.hu

The resignation statement must contain the following information:

an express statement that you are withdrawing from the contract of sale
the invoice number on the basis of which the goods/services were issued
name of goods/services (as indicated on the invoice issued)
date of the order
date of receipt
consumer name
consumer address 
the date of dispatch of the resignation statement

In case of withdrawal, the company immediately and in no case later than in 30 days after the receipt of the notice on withdrawal from the agreement reimburses the received payments. The purchase price does not include postage costs.

The return of received products to the company during the withdrawal deadline is considered to constitute notice on withdrawal from the agreement. The buyer must return the unused and undamaged purchased products in original packaging. The consumer must return the products to the seller undamaged and in identical quantities, except in case of damaged, defective or lost products or the reduction in product quantities due to no fault of the consumer.

The unrestricted use of the products by the consumer until the moment of withdrawal from the agreement is prohibited. The consumer may inspect and test products in the scope necessary to establish the actual condition of the products. The testing of products not considered in the scope of the above is considered product use, resulting in the consumer’s loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement. This particularly applies to cases where a product is already being used or, in the case of technical products, individual components are unboxed or assembled by the consumer. Shipping costs and seller return costs are billed to the buyer.

 

Complaints

Our offer is made up exclusively of premium quality products. Regardless, occasionally, an ordered product may become damaged during transport or might include a factory defect. We will attempt to resolve any such cases quickly and in line with your expectations.

Complaints are considered with the submitted invoice. The buyer may complain about the goods if the goods do not have the properties explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong items, wrong colors, quantities or the item deviates in any way from the buyer's order.

The buyer can complain about the goods within 8 days of purchase by notifying us Pink and Paper. In doing so, he may request an immediate exchange for the same, faultless item or a refund of the purchase price that we transfer to his transaction account. Shipping costs of products subject to claims are settled by the buyer.

In the event of an unjustified complaint, we return the product to the customer and charge a refund fee. In case of a favourable decision, the buyer will be eligible to select a new product. In case the selected product is more expensive, the buyer will be charged the price differential.

 

Order cancellation 

The user of the online store Pink and Paper can cancel the order on the same day of placing the order until 12 p.m or the next day by 2 p.m., if the order was placed after 4 p.m. Order cancellation is possible only via email, where the following information must be provided: order number, name and surname of the customer, customer address.

 

Privacy and personal data protection

Privacy and personal data protection are governed by our Privacy policy.

 

Dispute Resolution

Any possible disputes between the buyer and Pink and Paper that could arise from the use of the www.pinkandpaper.eu, www.pinkandpaper.si, www.pinkandpaper.hu online shop will be resolved amicably by both parties, while any unresolved conflict will be brought before the competent court.
